Hillcrest Medical Center, established in 1918, is a licensed, ''for profit'',  557 bed acute care facility affiliated with Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and the Oklahoma State University Medical Center.  Hillcrest Medical Center is part of the Hillcrest Healthcare System which has over 5000 employees employed at 9 hospitals and physician clinics located throughout eastern Oklahoma.

Award winning medical services at Hillcrest Medical Center include cardiology, orthopedic and spine, women's health, oncology, the Alexander Burn center and Kaiser Rehabilitation Center. Benefit Information

Benefits start the first of the month following 30 days of employments.
1. Pay cycle is every 2 weeks.
2. Pay increases generally occur on a yearly basis. Average is 5-8% based on merit and cost of living.
3. Benefits: health, dental, vision, 401K retirement, PTO, life insurance (basic and voluntary), flexible spending account, tuition reimbursement
4. Pay in lieu of benefits: additional 10% to base rate
5. PTO: 0-5 years, 24 days, 5+ years 29 days (accrues at 7.38 hours per pay period for 1st 5 years, 8.92 after 5 years 9.54 after 10 years of employment)

7. Childcare center on site: Childcare hours are 6:00 AM to 8:00 pm except they are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day; they accept children from 6 weeks to 6 years
