Exceptionally amongst international nurse recruitment companies Adevia has a very high percentage of clinically qualified staff as recruiters and trainers. This is particularly evident with the US Nurse Division. As can be seen from our IRP brochure (below) some of the key members of staff are not only nurses but US trained nurses. All have excellent academic qualifications and have worked across the States either as travelers or for the US military.

The USA Nurse Recruitment Process Made Simple
- You tell us your nursing requirements. We help you understand where we expect to find appropriate nurses, the process we will follow and how long it will take.
- We match your requirements against our candidate list and search our portfolio of nurses. Where necessary, we begin a specific nursing recruitment campaign.
- We conduct background checks, educational and work transcript review and gather information required for licensure and immigration. We draw up our recommended list for your consideration. We organize interviews for you, as required, by phone, videophone or in person.
- We enroll successful candidates in the Adevia USA Engagement program. Nurses will receive guidance and assistance with meeting all requirements and preparing for American life including immigration, NCLEX preparation, state licensure and a cultural adaptation program.
Upon completion of this program, the nurse will have obtained a full US RN license and a Green card.
