Pay cycle: Every 2 weeks, direct deposit, takes 3.5 weeks to get your first pay check.
Annual review/performance increase: 1x per year averages 3-4%
Hospital bonuses: Every employee is eligible up to $1000 per year based on how well the hospital does financially
Medical and Dental insurance start 1st of the month following date of hire.
No pay in lieu of benefits option
PTO: Based on years of service.
Tuition reimbursement: Eligible after 6 months, can up to 2 courses per semester so long as they are related to the nursing profession. Also, available is Tuition Waiver at State Universities and Academic Assistance program.
Parking Options: Limited unless after 5pm. Many Park and Rides available as well as free public transportation within the triangle.
